Job Description

Relate Search has partnered with a well-known Professional Services firm in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager position that can be based in Washington, DC or New York City . This is a newly created role for the firm that will manage full life cycle recruiting within their corporate functions group, managing a req load with some additional project work in the talent space. It will be working with senior leaders across the organization, understanding their talent needs and how to attract the best and brightest to the company. It reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Leading Recruitment for the Corporate Functions Group at the Firm
• Partner with Senior Leaders on talent attraction; working with them to understand their hiring needs execute sourcing and recruiting practices
• Drive continuous improvement around retention and recruitment, including development of key recruiting KPI’s and Metric

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Experience
• Proven examples of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Experience supporting recruiting for business services groups is preferred
• Prior Professional Services or Business Consulting recruiting experience
• Workday ATS experience preferred
• Great communication, listening, and organizational skills
