Returns Policy – Stunning Dresses
This policy is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).
At Stunning Dresses, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you change your mind, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- With all original tags and packaging
- Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, or damage
We may reduce your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Under UK law, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or custom reasons. These include:
- Custom-made or personalised dresses
- Earrings and intimate accessories (if applicable)
- Items that have been worn or altered
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable)
4. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to:
- A full refund within 30 days of purchase, or
- A repair or replacement after 30 days (where applicable)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original delivery charges are refundable only if you cancel the entire order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for returning the goods safely. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and chosen delivery method.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes for international orders.
Refund Policy

Change of Mind Returns
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return (boutique policy).
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original condition.
- Return postage is paid by the customer.

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
